Application Developer / Programmer

Panther is looking for a professional Web Developer / Programmer within the IT Department. This position will develop and program .Net applications using VB.Net and ASP.NET. This individual will be part of a team of developers working on applications to replace existing asp and html applications, as well as developing new applications and interfaces based on new system platforms.

Major Duties

Plan, design, develop and implement applications using the ASP.Net environment
Create, maintain and deploy web solutions using VS.Net 2005
Update existing web applications from ASP.Net 2002/2003 to ASP.Net 2005
Maintaining current Web Sites and Applications

Requirements

Minimum one year experience with development in VB.Net, ASP.Net, ASP, HTML, VISUAL STUDIO (2003 and/or 2005)
Experience with Web development tools (VB, CSS, JavaScript, VBScript, XML, AJAX), graphics (Photoshop, Flash) programs, and SQL Server a plus
